1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and nnnok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nnnok website at nnnok.asia and all associated services, including games, promotions, and payment processing.

By accessing nnnok, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of nnnok services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, nnnok will close all associated accounts and may void any balances or winnings held within them.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify nnnok immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• nnnok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• Account details including name, date of birth, and registered payment method cannot be transferred to another person.
• nnnok reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months, following prior notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

nnnok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the payment methods most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your nnnok wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile banking app. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. nnnok does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour during standard operating hours. Withdrawals are sent only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, and only to accounts registered in your name. nnnok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• nnnok reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawals as part of standard anti-money laundering procedures.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

Players are expected to engage with all games on nnnok in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
